This is an absolutely fantastic product, I’ve had mine since 98 and the inventor has just created a new and improved version which is half the price!
I’ve been road testing this new one for two months now, it’s sorted out some ongoing lower back pain and this morning I injured some of my neck extensors demonstrating a pose. 20 minutes on this and now I’m completely pain free with full range of motion with a lovely gentle release of my upper thoracic to boot! Amazing, but it every home should have one,
